WHAT AWAITS YOU

You take operational responsibility for the front office and, together with your team, ensure smooth daily hotel operations.
You lead, motivate and develop your team and ensure successful shift and holiday planning.
You delight our guests with first-class service and find suitable solutions for wishes, concerns and complaints.
You work closely with all hotel departments and ensure a consistently positive guest experience.
You analyse and optimise existing processes, safeguard our quality standards and support the achievement of our company goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have completed training in hospitality and bring several years of professional experience at the front office or reception.
You have already gained initial leadership experience or are ready to take the next step in your career.
You live genuine hospitality that comes from the heart and, with your positive manner, ensure our guests always feel welcome.
You impress with your communication skills, your confident appearance and your pronounced solution orientation.
You work in a structured, responsible way and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You have very good written and spoken German and English.
You are confident with hotel-related IT systems and digital applications.
