WHAT AWAITS YOU

You take overall responsibility for the operational, strategic and commercial management of the hotel and ensure occupancy as well as smooth hotel operations.
You lead, motivate and develop your team and win new colleagues together with the departments.
You ensure a high level of guest satisfaction as well as compliance with our service, quality and brand standards.
You steer the hotel's commercial development on the basis of relevant key figures, budgets and targets and derive measures to optimise results.
You develop the hotel strategically, strengthen its market position and represent the house towards guests, business partners and regional networks.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have several years of leadership experience in hospitality, ideally as a hotel manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable position.
You have successfully completed training or a degree in hospitality, tourism or a comparable qualification.
You think entrepreneurially and bring experience in the commercial management of a hotel operation.
You impress as a host personality with a strong service orientation, leadership skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You have very good written and spoken German and English as well as a confident command of hotel-related IT systems and digital applications.
