As housekeeping manager (m/f/d) you make sure, together with your team, that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment and that the highest standards are upheld throughout the hotel.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

You take responsibility for the organisation, management and development of the entire housekeeping area.
You lead, motivate and develop your team as well as external service providers and ensure efficient staff scheduling.
You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards, guarantee the highest level of cleanliness in all hotel areas and handle guest requests and complaints in your area of responsibility professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.
You are responsible for carrying out quality controls as well as for the economical use of cleaning materials and consumables.
You work closely with reception, maintenance, F&B and hotel management and continuously develop processes and standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have several years of experience in hotel housekeeping and have ideally already gained initial leadership experience.
You live genuine hospitality that comes from the heart and understand the contribution that excellent cleanliness and quality make to the guest experience.
You impress with your pronounced quality awareness and your eye for cleanliness, order and detail.
You lead your team with appreciation, motivate employees and support their development.
You work in a structured, reliable and responsible way and keep an overview even in busy periods.
You think commercially and deploy staff, materials and resources efficiently.
You have good German and English language skills and are confident with hotel-related IT systems and digital applications.
