WHAT AWAITS YOU

You handle reservation enquiries professionally by phone, email and through our booking systems and accompany the entire booking process.
You advise our national and international guests competently on rooms, offers and hotel services and find the right solution for their wishes.
You maintain reservations and guest data, process changes, cancellations and special requests and ensure high data quality.
You actively support optimal room occupancy as well as measures to increase revenue.
You work closely with front office, housekeeping and other hotel departments and contribute to a smooth guest stay.

WHAT YOU BRING

Ideally you have completed training in hospitality or tourism, or you bring professional experience in reservations or at reception.
You live genuine hospitality that comes from the heart and, with your positive manner, ensure our guests feel welcome from the start.
You impress with your communication skills and your professional, service-oriented appearance.
You work independently, in a structured and responsible way and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You have very good written and spoken German as well as good English.
You are confident with hotel-related IT systems and digital applications.
