As deputy hotel manager (m/f/d), you take on responsibility, actively shape things and support the hotel manager in successfully running our house.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

You support the hotel manager in the operational, strategic and commercial management of the hotel and take responsibility for hotel operations in their absence.
Together with the managers and teams, you ensure smooth operations across all hotel areas and actively support the development of our processes and standards.
You lead, motivate and develop employees and support the recruitment of new talent for our team.
You ensure a high level of guest satisfaction as well as compliance with our service, quality and brand standards.
You support the commercial management of the hotel on the basis of relevant key figures, budgets and targets and contribute to strengthening our market position.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have several years of professional experience in hospitality and have ideally already gained initial leadership experience.
You have successfully completed training or a degree in hospitality, tourism or a comparable qualification.
You live genuine hospitality that comes from the heart and impress with a strong service and quality orientation.
You think entrepreneurially and are interested in commercial contexts as well as the economic development of a hotel.
You lead employees with appreciation, communicate confidently and are able to inspire people to work towards shared goals.
You work in a structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You have very good written and spoken German and English and are confident with hotel-related IT systems and digital applications.
